Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern paid subscriptions to Formul and are incorporated into the Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Term and Renewal

Subscriptions begin on the date of initial purchase and renew automatically for successive billing periods unless canceled before renewal.

2. Billing Authorization

You authorize Formul and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for all fees, taxes, and applicable charges associated with your subscription.

3. Fees

Subscription fees are due in advance and are non-cancelable and non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

4. Trials and Promotional Terms

Trial and promotional terms, if offered, are presented at sign-up. Payment method may be required at sign-up for trial enrollment. Unless canceled before the trial ends, paid billing begins automatically at the then-current applicable rate.

5. Price Changes

Formul may modify fees upon prior notice. Revised fees apply beginning at the next renewal date unless otherwise required by law.

6. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade where available. Changes may take effect immediately or at the next renewal cycle, depending on the selected plan and billing configuration.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by contacting hello@formul.app. Unless required otherwise by law, your cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid subscription period.

8. No Refunds

All fees are non-refundable. No partial or prorated refunds are provided, except where required by law.

9. Failed Payments and Suspension

If payment fails, Formul may retry charges, restrict access, suspend service, or terminate the subscription for non-payment.

10. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, and duties imposed by taxing authorities.

11. Payment Processor

Payment processing is provided by third-party processors. Use of such processors is subject to the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies.

12. Data Deletion Following Subscription Lapse

Subject to applicable law and legal retention obligations, Formul may delete customer data within twenty-four (24) hours following subscription lapse, suspension, or termination.

13. Required Disclosures for Automatic Renewals

By subscribing, you acknowledge that your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled, and that the payment method on file will be charged at each renewal for the then-current subscription fee, unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.
